We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from lightsfloorlamps.com. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help with a straightforward returns process.

Our Policy

You have 28 calendar days to return an item to us from the date you received it. For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note that unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team to request a returns form. Once you have completed the form, include it with your item and post it back to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and show in your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund and guide you through the returns process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:

  • Products that have been used or installed.
  • Made-to-order or personalized items.
  • Clearance sale items.
